Cod with Potatoes

So funny that the last time I posted was Cod and Fingerling Potatoes!
Now tonight I made Cod (but used Turbot) with Potatoes, by Mark Bittman.
It was so easy and so good!

Phil had the lady in Turco's give him evenly sized pieces of Scrod, which made this easy to cook and have it come out right.  Usually, there are very thin sections of the fish fillet and very thick parts, which makes cooking evenly difficult

I have made this before but not for a while and when I made the first time, I substituted Sriracha for Harissa.
Now I have harissa!
