Substituted shrimp and it was good. Had a lot of ripe avocado; that is how I pulled up this recipe from the NYTimes.

Melissa Clark's recipe! No wonder I like it so much!
Cooked Giada's Chicken with Honey and Mustard and marinated ahead of time. Had the veggies all laid out in the pan. Just had to add the chicken when company arrived and pop in the over. Was really good and not dry.

All came out good and could do a lot of work ahead of time.
I will make it again. I also steamed broccoli, which I rarely do, but it was fine; the sauce from the shrimp was enough. Made some white rice to accompany.
So easy and so good. Be sure not to overcook. I always do! Lots of leftovers that I use in a stir fry sometimes. Good for sandwiches, too.
Skipped the dried mushroom thing and it was great. Served with pasta. Hearty meal. Lots of leftovers.

A really good dish and easy to put together if you have it all chopped ahead. Cooks in 10 - 15 minutes. Serve with rice.

Love this and it's so easy. You can substitute so many ingredients. I put in Bok Choy this time.
Phil liked this but I was not a big fan. Would have preferred the recipe that I ALMOST made, that had cauliflower with rosemary. This had turmeric and cumin, which are not my favorites.
