Simply Delicious Halibut Filet

All Recipes Heavenly Halibut


I modified it a bit by pan sauteing in butter and olive oil and then putting in 450 degree oven. After about 6 minutes I put the sauce on top and at the very end, broiled. I also added a little liquid to the pan. I cooked in a Pyrex casserole.
It was fantastic!!!
