Phil had the lady in Turco's give him evenly sized pieces of Scrod, which made this easy to cook and have it come out right.  Usually, there are very thin sections of the fish fillet and very thick parts, which makes cooking evenly difficult

I have made this before but not for a while and when I made the first time, I substituted Sriracha for Harissa.
Now I have harissa!

First time making this. So easy and so good. Made my Caesar Salad and it was a perfect match
