Sheet Pan Spicy Broccoli and Pasta

Sheet Pan Spicy Roasted Broccoli with Pasta
This was easy and so good. Called for "good" ricotta but we only had supermarket variety so used it. No bad results. I also added Green Beans because I did not have enough broccoli. No cumin seed so used fennel seed.
Made it very spicy!  So good!

Chickpea Stew With Orzo and Mustard Greens

Made this with variation because I was viewing two recipes and my shopping list had ingredients for each.
I used kale and other vegetables I had on hand. It was delicious!
Good vegetarian dinner with a salad.

Brown-Butter Salmon With Lemon and Harissa

It was easy, delicious and salmon very moist even though I cooked at higher temperature than listed.

I made the salad with some variation: used Romaine, added cherry tomatoes and yellow pepper and some croutons. Did not have what they called for. It was a great accompaniment to the spicy salmon.
