From Cooking Light, March 2105. I used Boneless Pork Loin Ribs that I found in A&P. Very tender, even the next day. The dish was great with the gorgonzola on it!

From NYTimes I used baby kale. So good Served with Phil and Bruce's Meatloaf dinner
