Falling Behind on the Food Blog

I wish I were better about blogging my cooking experiences. I like to go back and see what I made that was good for repeat performance - without having to think and look up recipes.
Here are two winners from this weekend:
Both from Cooking Light magazine. The salmon was especially easy because I had made Bittmann's Salmon Roasted in Butter the night before and had left-over so I had the salmon already cooked.
